While going through the first page of July-2014 issue of Kurukhetra , I found some interesting information to share . It says that While enough research & development activity was undertaken by different researchers and agencies only 30 percent of the newly developed agricultural technologies are broadcast on the field . The growth of rural telephony especially mobile telephony has brought improved connectivity . However much more needs to be done if the benefits of telecommunication connectivity are to translate into overall rural development .
